I love to support people who are navigating (unexpected) identity shifts, later-in-life self-discovery (especially ADHD/Autism/AuDHD diagnosis), and whose bodies are no longer quiet about the exhaustion of holding themselves together in ways that no longer fit.
I understand that what feels like chaos and uncertainty on the surface is often a deeper re-patterning, a creative reorganisation of who someone is becoming next.
But first, it feels scary. Like you're lost, don't know who you are anymore, and not sure where to even begin with what you need to know, let alone learn (or unlearn!)
You want to trust your intuition, but its guiding voice isn't finding you. Your fears feel bigger than they used to, and your body is asking you for far more care and attention through illness, burnout and chronic conditions.
This is where we meet, and this is where we create a new way for you to move forward that helps you write a new chapter: with confidence, clarity and more capacity for living a life that you get to truly live.

You'll have the opportunity to experience the unique ways I work, and together we will create a plan for your future care that is grounded in what you actually need—no copy and paste. Together, we find your version and welcome it to lead the way through the in-between places.

Integration Mentoring for Self-Belonging

Resonance Sessions are for the sensitive, the seekers, the neurodivergent and the self-aware — those who have learned to care for everyone but lost connection to their Self along the way.
This integrative and spiralling experience is for those who have outgrown their survival patterns and are ready to live from self-connection. People who want to stop fixing symptoms and start living a life that doesn't need symptoms to signal something isn't right.
